Refined temperature control for long-lasting insulation.
A 40mm thick polyurethane foam layer is installed between the outer cold-pressed steel plate and the inner stainless steel plate, providing superior internal temperature protection to ensure more accurate and reliable data.

Combining the functionalities of compatible charge-discharge detection equipment and environmental test chambers into one cleverly designed solution, our product maximizes space utilization and enhances equipment efficiency.

Neatly organized: 16 testing channels.
With a compact and slender body, it is more suitable for small-scale development and experiments. It has a practical volume of 25L and occupies less than 5.38sq.ft of space, freeing up more desktop space. It allows for real-time observation of experimental conditions inside the chamber. The high-quality insulated battery cell tray can accommodate up to 16 coin battery cells.

Unified management, smooth connectivity.
The constant temperature test chamber, battery cell testing equipment, and computer are interconnected through channel wires and data communication cables to achieve hardware interconnectivity. The computer features integrated BTS (Battery Test System) for temperature control settings and battery cell testing.

Intuitive interface, effortless operation.
WHW-25L-S prioritizes user experience and incorporates a touch LCD screen design with a user-friendly graphical interface and flexible configuration options. It features automatic screen wake-up through infrared human body sensing within a 1.5-meter range, allowing users to easily set up and manage the device.

Powerful heat dissipation for optimal stability.
According to the set temperature value, the control system automatically calculates and controls the output of the semiconductor refrigeration (heating) module using the newly developed fuzzy PID algorithm by New Wei, in order to achieve dynamic balance.

The axial flow fan circulates the air evenly, with a large air outlet, ensuring uniform and fast heat dissipation.
