The WGDW series of high-low temperature test chambers offers a broad temperature range, with models capable of reaching minimum temperatures of -4°F, -40°F, and -94°F (-20°C, -40°C, and -70°C). The chambers can achieve maximum temperatures up to 150°C, making them suitable for a wide variety of testing requirements.

Each shelf has 8 channels, and the model of 225L can accommodate up to 4 shelves, allowing a total of 160 prismatic cells (the actual number may vary based on the size of the battery).

Powerful heat dissipation for optimal stability.

The equipment adopts a fully enclosed compressor imported from Europe, which operates with low noise and maintains excellent performance and stability during long-term operation.

The device utilizes PID calculation to automatically control the output of the heater based on the set temperature value, ensuring rapid and efficient attainment of dynamic equilibrium in the temperature chamber. Moreover, high-quality insulation materials are employed to efficiently stabilize the thermal environment.

WGDW series focuses on user experience, featuring a large-sized high-definition touchscreen for easy operation and programming. It comes standard with an Ethernet (RJ45) communication interface.

Refined temperature control for long-lasting insulation.

The exterior wall material is made of high-quality cold-pressed steel plate, and the insulation structure consists of a 100mm insulation layer composed of rigid polyurethane foam and glass wool. This insulation layer effectively isolates the internal and external environments, preventing heat exchange and keeping temperature fluctuations within the range of ≤1.8℉ (1℃).
